All the homes have a current gas safety certificate issued by a registered Gas Safe registered engineer, an EPC certificate and a regular electrical check carried out by a NICEIC qualified electrician.

The houses have modern boilers, double glazing, loft insulation to maximise energy efficiency.

The homes are all fitted with modern kitchens, decorated in neutral colours. They are fully furnished, with beds, desks and chair, cupboards and shelves in the bedrooms, with modern sofas and tables in the living spaces. High quality appliances are supplied: fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble driers, cookers, hobs and microwaves.

I have 10 years experience of being a student landlady. I rent and look after the properties directly (no agency) and respond to any problems directly and quickly. I pride myself on providing safe, comfortable housing, and I want all my tenants to be very happy in their homes.
